All artwork must be in one of the following:
1. Illustrator 10 or lower (AI)
2. Freehand MX
3. Quark 4.1
4. PhotoShop 7 or lower (PSD)
5. InDesign 2

CMYK Mode (Not RGB)
ALL display ads & scanned artwork must be at least 300 DPI
ALL premier ads & scanned artwork must be at least 600 DPI
ALL fonts must be included (check “include document fonts” box when exporting)
ALL ads must be built to the correct size
NO HS(D)s will be accepted electronically

High Resolution PDF is the preferred format.

We also take the following formats only:
EPS, PSD, AI, Freehand and Indesign Native, as well as quark native.
We do not accept JPG, publisher, or word files at this time.
Non flattened in case we need to fix. (no exceptions).
Please include a hard copy with the disk (either CD or Zip disk) so we know
what the final product should look like.
